GP and Nurse Practitioner Appointments
Our GP practice has now moved to a total triage system. This means that all requests for appointments must be made via the phone on 01962 732345.
Each request will be passed to a clinician for assessment. You may find that we treat you by phone, by video link, or we may ask you to come to the surgery;
You will need to contact the surgery on the day you wish to be consulted. Should you wish to speak to a specific GP, you can find the days they work by clicking on their image in the Our Doctors (link) page
Access to the surgery premises will only be if you have been asked to do so and there will be clear arrangements discussed with you as to how we can safely do this.
Please do not come to the surgery unless you have been specifically asked to do so.
Nursing Team Appointments
We have a multidisciplinary practice nurse team consisting of, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants & Phlebotomists who provide the following services;
- Well Woman
- Contraception
- Better Health
- Diabetes
- Blood tests
- NHS Health Checks

They also assist GPs with some minor surgeries.

Making an appointment
The surgeries run on an appointment system. When you contact the surgery the reception team will ask you some information about what is wrong with you so they can sign post you to the most appropriate clinician or service. Routine appointments for GPs can be booked a maximum of 3 weeks (21 days) in advance, with appointments being released on a daily basis. You can book an appointment in 3 ways:
Online – register with Online Access to book appointments, order prescriptions and manage your patient record
Telephone the surgery on 01962 732345 and speak with our Reception Team
