PATIENT ACCESS & NHS APP INFO

Types of Appointments

Our GP practice has now moved to a total triage system. This means that all requests for appointments must be made via the phone on 01962 732345.

We have made a limited number of nursing team appointments available online and are constantly reviewing the system in order to expand this service again.

GP & Nurse Practitioner Appointments

You will need to contact the surgery on the day you wish to be consulted. Each request will be passed to a clinician for assessment. You may find that we treat you by phone, by video link, or we may ask you to come to the surgery

Nursing Team Appointments

We have a multidisciplinary practice nurse team consisting of: Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants & Phlebotomists who provide a range of services including contraception, diabetes, blood tests and NHS Health Checks
