NEXT MEETING: TBCAt Alresford Surgery we are very aware that the views of our patients are important. Until now there has been no formal method for discussing these views, or indeed, for canvassing ideas.
In March 2010 we launched a patient participation group. The aims of the forum are as follows:
If you are interested in attending this group we are not looking for a long term commitment, just come along to the next meeting and take it from there. If you would like to attend please let us know either by emailing email@example.com, by using the 'Contact Us' tab at the top of this page or by leaving a message at reception for Sue, including a contact telephone number.
If you are unable to attend the meetings but have any comments or suggestions to make please use the 'Contact Us' tab at the top of the page. Alternatively you can join our 'virtual' patient group (using the tab on the right hand side of the screen) and we will contact you from time to time with surveys about aspects of the services we provide.
We look forward to seeing or hearing from you.

We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.
To help us with this, in addition to the Patient Forum, we also operate a virtual patient representation group so that you can have your say. We will ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. We will contact you via email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.
We aim to gather members from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.
If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.
