Important Message to patients

IMPORTANT -I know there have been a lot of messages from us recently but please note the following:
As has been made clear by the Government, we face an impending challenge with cases of Covid rising rapidly. There has been a national request for GP practices to urgently support the booster vaccination delivery over the coming weeks. We are asked to prioritise urgent care and cancer symptoms during this period and to stop routine work. This will allow us to send staff to work at the vaccination centres.
If you feel your problem is urgent and cannot wait until the New Year or you have symptoms which could be suggestive of cancer please contact the surgery.

We will continue to keep the econsult system open to help support our patients but you may be asked to contact the practice again in the New Year once we have triaged your request.
Cancelling appointments is frustrating for all of us but we assure you that we would only take this decision if we absolutely have to.
