Cancellation of 2nd dose vaccinations 12th, 13th & 14th January

We are very distressed to hear many of our patients were not contacted by NHS England to cancel their appointments for their second vaccination at the Holiday Inn this week.
Unfortunately these cancellations were taken out of our hands, and it appears that patients either did not receive the cancellation call, or, if they did, thought it was a scam.
As a result we are now working as quickly as we can ourselves to notify all patients booked.
Please can we remind all patients to be courteous of our staff undertaking this difficult task.
We are very sorry for all the distress this has caused for any of our patients.
