Before Entering The Surgery

Please do not come into the surgery if you have any of the following;

  • A high temperature or fever
  • A new continuous cough
  • Loss or change to your sense of smell or taste

Please stay at home and use the following website for further help.

You need to be wearing a face covering/mask before entering the building, even if collecting a prescription. This link gives some great ideas and patterns for making your own: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/how-to-wear-and-make-a-cloth-face-covering/how-to-wear-and-make-a-cloth-face-covering

To ensure there are as few patients in the building as possible;

  • Do not attend more than 5 minutes before your appointment time.
  • You should attend the surgery alone, unless you need an essential carer or parent/guardian to accompany you.

For enquiries relating to appointments or repeat medications please telephone (01962 732345) as these cannot be dealt with at the reception desk at this time.
